Watch Broke and Haven't Heard anything after 5 months

Sent watch for repair under warranty 5 months ago and still haven't gotten anything back. Company unresponsive

I purchased my Archetype Nemesis watch In April of 2024. A few months later the internal mechanism of the watch dial that controls changing the time broke and the watch was no longer usable. I sent an email to the company and they told me to mail it to their repair shop, "TimesTicking". I ended up mailing the watch for repair under warranty in December of 2024. I followed up multipe times with the repair shop and each time they said they were waiting on the manufacurer for more information. I followed up with the original ticket I put in with the manufacturer directly approximetly 10 days ago and haven't heard a response back.

Ultimately the watch is of poor quality, the company is unresponsive, and has failed to honor it's stated warranty commitment. It would be tough for me to recommend this product (archetype nemesis) or the company considering this experience.

This watch is beautiful! I bought for my husband's birthday and he has alot of watches this one is so unique compares to everything he has, it's definitely his favorite out of the 20 he has. He's owned it for a little over a year now and still gets compliments almost daily!
